As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting our tax & payroll activities that comply with regional laws and promote our company's financial well-being.
Your Day-to-Day
Strategic business partner for GM and Managing Directors
Forecast AOP targets
Accounting and Reconciliations for entities and business units to ensure accurate reporting in accordance with legal compliance and Company Policies
Prepare, review and approve payroll transactions
Analyze compensation-related data such as bonuses and commissions
Understand policies and procedures to maintain effective internal controls
Oversee AP/AR invoicing and billing
Cashflow management
Revenue controls
Financial Consolidation
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or related experience
5 years or more of demonstrated experience in Accounting
Familiarity with financial programs and software
Excellent communication, attitude, and relationship skills
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Excellent time management
Adaptability
Fluent in English and Spanish
Nice to Have
Experience in Payroll and taxes is preferred
CPA
