As a Financial Assistant - Employee Expenses, you will work in the Finance - Accounts Payable department in the firm's León office.
The Role Working as part of the Finance team from our offices in León you will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling employee expenses, making payments, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities: Reviewing employee expenses by verifying the information and ensuring compliance with the group employee expenses policyReconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balancesPreparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reportsManaging all employee queries regarding travel expensesCross-departmental projectsCollaborate in the audit process Requirements: Vocational training or recent graduate in Administrative, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or similarUser of Microsoft ExcelEnglish (B2), Spanish (C1), other languages are a plus Desired skills: Detail-oriented, professional attitude and highly reliableStrong skills in problem-solving, basic accounting principles, teamwork, documentation, data analysis, and multi-taskingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment About Us Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
