Ready to join the revolution?Responsibilities:Reviewing employee expenses by verifying the information and ensuring are compliance with the group employee expenses policyReconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balancesPreparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reportsManaging all employee queries regarding travel expensesCross-departmental projectsCollaborate in the audit processManaging all employee queries regarding travel expensesRequirements:Vocational training or recent graduate in Administrative, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or similarUser of Microsoft ExcelEnglish (B2), Spanish (C1), other languages are a plusDesired skills:Detail-oriented, professional attitude and highly reliableStrong skills in problem-solving, basic accounting principles, teamwork, documentation, data analysis and multi-taskingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment#LI-LK1#LI-ONSITE
