Financial Assistant - Employee ExpensesEbury Central León Office - 4 days a week office based working (1 day from home office)As a Financial Assistant - Employee Expenses, you will work in the Finance - Accounts Payable - department in the firm's León office.The RoleWorking as part of the Finance team from our offices in León you will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling employee expenses plus making payments and controlling expenses.

Ready to join the revolution?Responsibilities: Reviewing employee expenses by verifying the information and ensuring are compliance with the group employee expenses policy Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balancesPreparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reportsManaging all employee queries regarding travel expensesCross-departmental projects Collaborate in the audit processManaging all employee queries regarding travel expenses Requirements: Vocational training or recent graduate in Administrative, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or similarUser of Microsoft ExcelEnglish (B2), Spanish (C1), other languages are a plus Desired skills: Detail-oriented, professional attitude and highly reliableStrong skills in problem-solving, basic accounting principles, teamwork, documentation, data analysis and multi-taskingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment #LI-LK1 #LI-ONSITE
