In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Perform and collaborate in the accounting closing process carrying out specific tasks on a timely manner (PPV and Labor Analysis and Allocations; CAR2 Calculation; Sales and GP Reports; Headcount review; POR Updates, Advance Sales Report, others). Prepare inventory reconciliations; review activity reports; and posting of journal entries as needed. Oversee physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs; new part costing; physical inventory and review of E&O; parts. Work with various departments to keep track of capital expenditures. Provide support during internal and external audits. Prepare journal entries for month end closing and work with GFS team to ensure deadlines are met. Prepare payroll reporting and analysis. Ad-hoc analysis and requests as needed by the Business Units. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Shared services and collaborative work environment experience is preferred. Cost accounting experience required. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Experience in SAP and HFM. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Proven expertise in principles, design and procedural methods used in big data analysis. Proven experience in project management tools. Hands-on experience working with statistical analysis and statistical packages. Knowledge of corporate finance, information analysis and financial diagnosis.
