About the roleAt Flanks, we are looking for a Back Office Intern.

TasksReporting to the Head of Operations, the candidate will undertake the following tasks:
Verify the accuracy and completeness of all data entries and updates, cross-referencing with original documents and third-party sources as necessary.Incident Resolution: Assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies and problems related to customer transactions and accounts.Data Management: Help collect, organize, and maintain detailed records of all assets, including real estate, investments, trusts, bank accounts, and other holdings.Data Extraction: Extract relevant information from PDFs and other documents to incorporate into asset management databases.Financial Operations Control: Support the financial operations exchange of clients with various banking entities.Process Improvement: Collaborate on projects to improve and automate processes.Database Utilization: Assist different areas of the company by exploiting the database.Communication: Act as a liaison between the client and banks, external advisors, including lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors.Things we'd love to see on youEducation: Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Experience: Some experience in administrative, audit, or accounting roles within the financial/banking sector is a plus, but not required.Language Skills: Advanced level of English & Spanish.Technical Skills: Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office tools.Organizational Skills: Highly organized and methodical.Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving results.What can we offerWe offer what we think is fair compensation for this role.
