We are currently looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Finance Manager to join our growing Marketplace team in our EU headquarters in Luxembourg.
The role will be part of the EU Marketplace Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.
You will partner closely with finance and business stakeholders in Luxembourg, in the main European markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain), and in our global HQ in Seattle with a focus on reporting and planning to help the EU Marketplace business achieve its growth and profitability objectives.
Role Responsibilities: Provide timely and insightful analysis.Support business review processes including monthly and quarterly financial reviews, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.Drive planning/forecasting processes standardization and streamlining.Develop tools to drive better performance understanding.Ensure data accuracy, timely availability, and automation in data collection.Build strong relationships within a highly matrix organization.Personal Characteristics: Strong analytical skills and a passion for metrics and figures.Attention to detail.Bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ambition, eager to succeed, and be part of a great team.MBA or CPA.Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
