Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic fintech team at CONCRYT.
This role requires a keen eye for financial details, especially within payment systems, and a strong proficiency in Excel.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about the intersection of finance and technology.Responsibilities:Reconcile transactions with clients and partners, and sign off on monthly reconciliation statementsMonitor cash flow through payment systems and manage account balancesAnalyze payment systems for financial efficiency and accuracyConduct cost analysis, manage exchange differences, and identify cost optimization opportunitiesContribute to the optimization of cross-functional internal processes within the companyWork closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reportingPreparing ad hoc reports as necessaryRequirements:A bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldAdvanced proficiency in ExcelUnderstanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statementsKnowledge of accounting transactionsExperience working with payment systemsExperience with SQL, Power BI is a plusIntermediate-level proficiency in EnglishHighly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to process large volumes of informationWhat we offer:A chance to grow in the fintech industry.The best team to work with.Paid time off, sick leave, and public holidays according to Barcelona location.Healthcare benefits/medical insurance after the probation period.Educational budget and additional benefits after the probation period.
