The role The Finance Analyst will play a key role in the Finance Department, supporting both operational finance tasks and strategic projects to optimize financial reporting and control within the organization. This position offers high visibility with senior stakeholders and hands-on involvement in cross-functional projects. Key accountabilities Conduct comprehensive financial reporting and control activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all designated P&L accounts. Partner with internal stakeholders across departments and with international contacts to foster cohesive financial strategies. Lead the Travel Expenses project, establishing efficient reporting and validation processes aligned with cost-saving goals. Manage cost allocations and services specific to the Spanish entity within the Duty-Free division. Address ad hoc financial tasks, supporting dynamic cross-functional needs and organizational objectives as they arise. Support the Internal Control Framework, contributing to global compliance initiatives through local testing and consistent adherence to global standards. Skills & experience 2+ years in a finance department, ideally within a medium-to-large organization with structured corporate finance practices. Strong financial reporting, controlling skills, and experience managing complex financial models. High proficiency in English (essential for global communication) and conversational Spanish (preferred but not essential). Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communicator, skilled in building relationships with diverse stakeholders and adapting to cross-departmental collaboration. Flexibility to take on varied and ad hoc tasks, contributing to both routine operations and strategic finance projects.
