Your main tasks and responsibilities: Supporting the Controlling team by delivering comprehensive, complete, and timely financial information for the purpose of business management and decision making.Month-end closing activities incl. proper analysis considering actuals vs. budget and prior month forecast.Preparing and delivering trainings to legal entities worldwide for reporting and consolidation system matters.Contributing to the monthly preparation of the MIS presentation.Performing various ad-hoc reporting requests to ease division financials understanding.Actively supporting Budgeting and Forecasting processes.Identifying and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives for the controlling function with special focus on NWC and cash.Driving automatization of reports (QlikSense, Sharepoint) and process optimizations.To succeed in this role, you will need: Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or Controlling.At least 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably in corporate finance.Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel) and strong knowledge of PowerPoint.Experienced user of management reporting consolidation system "CCH Tagetik" (preferred) or any other management reporting system.Experience with SAP (FI/CO modules) and business application tools.Analytically strong person with high energy to drive for result.Strong problem solving and ability to prioritize responsibilities, tasks and processes.A flexible and adaptive team player with a positive attitude.Fluency in English.What we offer you: A varied area of responsibility in a professional and collegial team.A competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives.Restaurant tickets.Permanent contract.Accident insurance.No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.
