Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic fintech team at CONCRYT.
This role requires a keen eye for financial details, especially within payment systems, and a strong proficiency in Excel.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about the intersection of finance and technology.
Responsibilities: Reconcile transactions with clients and partners, and sign off on monthly reconciliation statements Monitor cash flow through payment systems and manage account balances Analyze payment systems for financial efficiency and accuracy Conduct cost analysis, manage exchange differences, and identify cost optimization opportunities Contribute to the optimization of cross-functional internal processes within the company Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting Preparing ad hoc reports as necessary Requirements: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field Advanced proficiency in Excel Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements Knowledge of accounting transactions Experience working with payment systems Experience with SQL, Power BI is a plus Intermediate-level proficiency in English Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to process large volumes of information What we offer: A chance to grow in the fintech industry.
