variance and root cause analysis (actual, budget, forecast).Ensuring timely submission of legal entity reporting packages, alignment with Sulzer standards and accuracy of financial records.Preparing and delivering trainings to legal entities worldwide for reporting and consolidation system matters.Contributing to the monthly preparation of the business review presentation.Performing various ad-hoc reporting requests to equip business with financial understanding.Monitoring and controlling HQ Cost Centers and CAPEX spending.Actively supporting Budgeting and Forecasting processes.Identifying and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives for the controlling function.Driving automation of reports (QlikSense, QlikView, Sharepoint) and finance process optimization.To succeed in this role, you will need:Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling.Min.
