DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide support to our internal business teams. You will be a central point of contact for finance and project management queries.Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. Amazon Music delights customers worldwide across multiple tiers of service (ad-supported, Prime, and Amazon Music Unlimited).Key job responsibilitiesLevel 1 support for project management tool for Music marketing and content teamsPerform data analysis and suggest process improvements based on the data collectedSupport project reporting to leadershipPrepare and maintain user documentation and internal SOPsPerform data validation tasks and ensure marketing and content teams adhere to standard process flowsCollaborate with various internal teams (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve any issues and queriesBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fieldsPrevious experience in finance and/or project managementExcellent English skillsVery good communication skills with a strong customer service focusProficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Outlook, WordExperience with Tableau, Power BI or similar applicationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAny of the following languages: Spanish, German, Italian, JapaneseExperience with any of these tools: monday.Com, Asana, JIRA, AirtableAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
