Financial Analyst, Amazon Music

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide support to our internal business teams. You will be a central point of contact for finance and project management queries.

Key job responsibilities

Level 1 support for project management tool for Music marketing and content teams
Perform data analysis and suggest process improvements based on the data collected
Support project reporting to leadership
Prepare and maintain user documentation and internal SOPs
Perform data validation tasks and ensure marketing and content teams adhere to standard process flows
Collaborate with various internal teams (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve any issues and queries

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
Previous experience in finance and/or project management
Excellent English skills
Very good communication skills with a strong customer service focus
Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Outlook, Word
Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Any of the following languages: Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese
Experience with any of these tools: monday.com, Asana, JIRA, Airtable
