Key Job ResponsibilitiesLevel 1 support for project management tool for Music marketing and content teamsPerform data analysis and suggest process improvements based on the data collectedSupport project reporting to leadershipPrepare and maintain user documentation and internal SOPsPerform data validation tasks and ensure marketing and content teams adhere to standard process flowsCollaborate with various internal teams (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve any issues and queries
