Financial Administrator - Dutch - Nijmegen

Our client is an international leader in global IT services; specializes in centralized procurement and global standardization of IT infrastructure. Which means they provide global deployment solutions, IT infrastructure management and professional services. The Financial Representative is part of the Finance team who performs various financial and accounting tasks.
Responsibilities/TasksEvery day is unique. However, a day in our office would typically include the following:
Onboarding new customer accountsHandling Accounts Payable, such as processing suppliers' invoices in the ERP and our online finance toolHandling Accounts Receivable such as processing sales order invoices and taking care of the collecting processCollaborating with account managers to address customers' queriesExecuting bank reconciliation and creating payment runSupporting the CFO and assistant controller in preparing the end-of-the-month closureVarious bookkeeping tasksCollaborating with different departments to better meet our (internal) clients' needsRequirementsEnglish and Dutch on a professional levelAble to handle private and/or confidential informationAn MBO diploma in Business Administration or Accounting or 3-5 years of work experience in a similar positionTeam player, proactive, and improvement-mindedAnalytical & detail oriented.Great communicatorTake responsibility and pride in the work you performOrganized and work efficiently
