As a part of their growth goals, they are looking for a motivated team player with a strong service mindset responsible for the DACH market to join the team in Barcelona.

Native level of German
Professional level of English

Location: Barcelona
Salary: €25,000 Per Year
Sector: Retail
Type: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Managing incidences and inquiries from customers and business partners
Supporting the back office team
Be the main point of contact for business partners and internal customers
Providing a professional service by working proactively
Maintain a high level of quality at all times

Core Skills/Experience:
Experience in accounting
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Prior experience in Customer Service / Technical support or Back office
Team player with great communication skills
Knowledge of SAP or other Ticketing system is a plus
Being able to work independently and under pressure
