You should have extensive accounting and tax knowledge, as well as experience in bank management, monthly closings, budgeting and reporting.Key AccountabilitiesManagement and accounting (balances, collections, payments to suppliers, reconciliation).Analytical and tax accounting.Conduct, maintain and optimize negotiations with financial institutions.Preparing reports on the company's financial status and forecasts.Monitoring of the relationship with third parties: auditors, administrations, and external advisers.Cash forecasting, identification of deviations, and corrective actions.Supervision of collections and customer settlements.Coordinate all accounting, administrative, and financial tasks.Coordinate with the consultancy the management of taxes, and presentation of annual accounts, and books.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience.Used to working with WIP and cost centers.Navision experience.Higher university degree, preferably in economics, administration, or similar.Flexibility.Skills in information gathering and analysis.Synthesis and organization skills.Fluent in English (Advanced level).Additional InformationWhat we offer:- Competitive salary- Full-time- Flexible working hours- Free Friday afternoons- 35-hour week for the full month of August (free afternoons!)- Remote days per week- Private & Medical Insurance- Dental insurance- Lunch vouchers- Exclusive Employees discounts- Free coffee- English courses- Referral bonus, if you bring people as talented as you.We offer flexible annual working time models, part time as well as a hybrid approach to home office.
