Bayer provides many opportunities for growth and development, which can help drive and advance your career.Main tasks & responsibilitiesManage with ownership the activities of Financial Accounting:General Ledger: account reconciliation,postings on general ledger accounts,monitoring of accounts balances,explaining deviations between accounting periods,balance sheet periodical review,deferred tax calculation,Internal and External audit support etc.Contribute to improve FA processes and implementation of innovation and standardization.Support knowledge management activities as part of daily tasks.Involvement in large global projects.Who you areAppropriate degree or proven experience in similar position (2-5ys).Knowledge of Accounting.Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.Ability to collaborate and work under pressure with high flexibility in a changing and complex environment.Data analysis: good usage of Excel, Experience in VBA would be a plus.Good communication skills.English language should be advanced in spoken and writing.
