Job Description:Ensure all financial data for the International Division is reported consistently, accurately, and timely.
Work directly with local Finance teams in support of monthly closing processes.
Ensure correct accounting treatment of routine and non-routine transactions in each country and also in total Company's consolidation.
Provide appropriate financial and operational measurement and analysis as required.
Assist in the monthly closing as needed, potentially posting accruals, reconciling accounts, reviewing and managing intercompany transactions for reporting purposes; reviewing trial balance, and helping more senior members of the Finance team with explanation of results and variances.
Assist in the process of consolidating financial statements and help during the external audit process.
Support process improvement projects that streamline and standardize financial and operations reporting, safeguard assets, and improve business results.
Assist leader in developing the business plan and mid-year forecasts for the International Division as input into the Company's business review process.
Support ERP implementations and upgrades: primary focus on financial modules; involvement also in other modules, as required.
Qualifications/Skills:At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, and Cash and Banking processes.Ability to work with PowerPoint and MS Word is also required.Advanced or higher level of English communication (written and spoken).Ability to create clear, informative reports in Excel and in BI tools in order to provide actionable business advice to top management.Ability to thrive in an environment of continuous improvement.
