Financep Project Manager (H/F) - Madrid - (W-504)

Our client is looking for a Finance P2P Project Manager in Madrid.

Under the direction of the CFO and the AP finance teams, and also the point of contact with the business teams:

Market SPOCo Coordination and Tracking:
Collaborates with the Regional Project Manager and Global Core Team to ensure progress tracking and overall project delivery according to plan.

Meetings and Governance:
Leads market-specific internal meetings and participates in global/regional governance and status meetings.

Requirements and Testing Management:
Contributes to gathering local requirements, coordinates User Acceptance Tests, and validates the solution.

Stakeholder and Risk Management:
Engages with market stakeholders, ensures process consistency, and escalates risks and issues to market sponsors and the Regional Project Manager.

Change and Configuration:
Works with change teams to ensure successful execution and manages market-level sign-off for P2P solution configuration.

Change SPOCo:
Tracks and reports local performance and adoption metrics.
Oversees change initiatives and gathers market feedback.
Adapts global change impact assessments to the local context.
Works with regional and global leaders to manage local change networks and facilitate best practice sharing.
Engages with local users, collects feedback, and customizes global communications for local use.
Finalizes and approves translations and handles the production of deployment materials.
Manages and tailors local training strategies, ensuring timely delivery and assessment of training sessions to meet local requirements.

Data SPOCo:
Coordinates the global/regional/local delivery of the core model approach to data cleansing activities.
Responsible for providing market-level cleansed and enriched master data (Users, GLs, Vendor) for design, build and test phases for all functions.
Implements the Core model data templates within market.

Minimum Requirements:
- 5 / 8 years of experience
- Knowledge of P2P end-to-end processes
- Knowledge of COUPA and D365 is a plus
- English and Spanish: fluent
- French is a plus
