The Finance Transformation organization is looking for a replacement in the area of the Finance Process Systems support and Project Management in Getafe, Spain.
In the context of the AIRBUS Transformation journey, we are looking for a dynamic person with a combined Finance Process and Systems background.
He/She will be working on improvement projects for the Finance function not only locally in Spain but also globally for the Defense Space division and Airbus Commercial.
The position requires day-to-day linking of the internal customer and the technical teams.
Open mindset, agility are key enablers to evolve in a non-routine function whose objective is to sustain the Finance evolution.The primary responsibilities will be:Organize and manage the Projects: definition, development, testing, training, change management, entry into service and aftercare.Participate, lead MFTs to scope objectives, describe the as-is, identify the pain points, and derive the future solution.Audit, support and mitigate Audit Compliance risks, manage the access control on his/her area of responsibility.Enhance the analytics capabilities by evolving the reporting models, bringing operational KPIs next to the Finance data.Required Skills:You have the following skills and experience:A solid finance background, with project management experience and passion for systems / new technologies / new ways of working.Experience within Finance, Controlling; good understanding of the Business processes in the Finance area.3 years+ in project management in relation to Finance, Systems or Transformation projects.Experience on SAP (e.g.
