The Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for objectively assessing options and making recommendations for the business as it seeks to implement a cost-effective and fit-for-purpose warehousing and inventory management system.
Included within this brief is to assess the opportunity of migrating the company's ERP onto the newly implemented SAP system, redesigning and optimizing financial processes, systems, and operations.
This position focuses on driving strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, improve financial reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and maintaining active collaboration with the JD Group Headquarters in the UK to align local transformation efforts with global strategies.
Detalles clave: Working hours: 39h/sem Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the finance transformation roadmap. Develop strategies to streamline financial operations and improve cost efficiency. Implement the approved solution working with a selected implementation partner. Process Optimization: Assess current finance processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Deep understanding of the warehouse management systems with a working knowledge of their requirements and adaptations on financial systems. Design and implement efficient workflows and controls to support business objectives. Lead the implementation of financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, analytics platforms). Ensure the seamless integration of technology into existing operations. Provide training and support for finance teams on new systems and processes. Change Management: Act as a change agent to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team. Communicate transformation goals and progress to stakeholders at all levels. Data-Driven Decision Making: Enhance financial reporting capabilities to support real-time analysis and insights. Collaborate with data teams to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of financial data. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all new processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements and best practices. Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with transformation initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies, or similar. High proficiency in English (C1 level). Deep understanding of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R). Experience and Availability: At least 5 years of experience in finance operations, transformation, or consulting. At least 4 years of experience in management financial positions (Finance Transformation Director, Financial Director, Head of Finance, Controller Director, etc.
). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
