In order to achieve these goals, PagoNxt is organized in three different businesses: Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.
This role will be part of our PagoNxt Merchant Solutions team and will be responsible for building a global, open merchant payment platform and consolidate Santander as an acquiring world leader.

As a Finance Transformation Director , you will lead FP&A and transformation finance function.
Generating and preserving business value will be the key aspect of the role.
Key activities will include: Coordination and drive implementation of Business Strategy.
Monitoring Scorecard, re-think OKRs and drill-down targets to Domains and Sales.
Proactive Business Partner as single point of contact for all FP&A matters setting up Center of Expertise (COE).
Set up a driver-tree logic that links financial KPIs (revenue, capital) with operational KPIs.
Ensure Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Budget management.
Conduct analysis to support decision making and steer towards strategic goals.
Manage Capital Allocation Model internal and external (M&A).
Provide Platform Monthly Insights.
Manage P&L and KPIs by Products across Platform and OM and SAN.
Define Cost Engine and Revenue Engine to allocate overall costs or revenues by Domain, Product, Multinational, etc.
Setting up Global Treasury, Global Capital Optimization, and Global Pricing.
Design Sales Bonus incentive system.
Setup Central Finance Data Platform and Digital tools.
Define target operating model and roll out global target operating model coordination with different stakeholders.
Who you will have to collaborate with: Internal stakeholders: PagoNxt Merchant: CEO, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Business Development, Product & Business Support, COO; PagoNxt Merchant subsidiaries: CEOs and CFOs; PagoNxt Holco: CFOs, Governance & Planning and Risk; Other Santander units: Cost, Finance, Management Control, Corporate Development.
