In this role, you will play a crucial part in evolving our finance system landscape where accounting meets systems and thus contribute directly to Personio's growth journey.Role Requirements: What you need to succeed At least 3 years experience with Accounting, Finance or Controlling functionsand are familiar with cloud-based business systems for finance or planning (e.g. SAP S/4Hana, Oracle Netsuite, Workday or similar)Expertise in accounting, financial analysis and reporting, data management, and project managementIdeally a qualified accountant or working towards sameBe process-focused with a view to continuous improvements to processes that scaleYou have an affinity for system design and data, good analytical skills and a structured and independent way of workingAbility toprioritizeand function well in a dynamic and ambiguous environmentAbility to deliver in a highly collaborative manner that generates buy-in and enthusiasm from peers and other stakeholdersA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science or similar is nice to haveYou are business proficient in English.
