Your tasks as a Finance Support (m/f/d): Financial Transactions : Assist in accurately processing and recording invoices, payments, and other financial documents under guidance. Account Reconciliation Basics : Collaborate with team members to reconcile financial accounts, helping to identify and resolve discrepancies. Payment Applications : Learn how to apply payments accurately to relevant accounts while resolving any inconsistencies or errors. Collaborating Across Departments : Work with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address financial queries and ensure alignment of records. Recording Transactions : Help track and log incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring all financial records are up to date and accurate. Accounts Receivable : Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies or issues to maintain accurate financial records.
