Finance Strategy and Transformation Office SpecialistSummary Join our Finance Transformation journey, working with senior managers to empower teams, solve bottlenecks, support executive decision-making, and monitor the performance and impact of initiatives. Help shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance transformation.
In this role you will: Assist senior managers in defining vision, strategy, and roadmap with the Head of Finance Strategy and Transformation Office.Provide analyses for key decision-making processes as part of business partnering activities.Facilitate interactions with business units, ensuring clear counterparts for strategic activities within Finance.Contribute to shifting from manual, transactional activities to insightful business analyses.Support in project management for transformational projects across Finance.Use unbiased analyses to assess the potential of Finance transformation initiatives.Prioritize opportunities based on strategic alignment, business opportunity, and risk.Collaborate in designing and implementing disciplined execution approaches for performance management.Plan and implement monitoring of initiatives through standardized templates and processes.Identify improvement opportunities and new initiatives through daily process monitoring.About the ideal candidate: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.1-2 years in strategy consulting, strategy departments, or corporate transformation offices.Understanding of Finance is a plus.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Proficient in English (verbal and written); Spanish and/or French is an advantage.Clear and precise communication skills for various stakeholders.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations.What we can offer you: A complete rewards offer - Amadeus provides attractive remuneration packages, covering all essential components of a competitive reward offer, including bonus, equity, pension plan, travel, life and healthcare insurance, as well as lunch and transport allowance and other benefits.
