Finance Strategy and Transformation Office – Manager
We are looking for our next Finance and Strategy transformation officer who will drive the Transformation journey by empowering teams with the right capabilities, solving bottlenecks, and supporting decision-making at an executive level.
Common accountabilities:

Steer Transformation by defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap together with the Head of Finance Strategy and Transformation Office, the senior manager of the team, and the CFO.
Act as a trusted Business Partner on all levels, being an integral part of the key decision-making process.
Facilitate interaction with Business Units/Business Lines, having clear counterparts for strategic activities within Finance.
Define new ways of working that ensure insightful analyses for the businesses, positioning Finance as a trustworthy partner for the business, able to provide recommendations and actions, and identify risks/opportunities.

Specific accountabilities:

Support the CFO in various capacities, including the preparation of Committees, providers' meetings, and other areas to help drive the organization forward and achieve its objectives.
Act as the Finance POC for the integration of companies within the Finance Function. Ensure everyone follows the integration process, all stakeholders are involved, and timelines are met.
Use objective analyses and insights to assess the full potential of Finance transformation across performance, health, and capabilities.
Evaluate opportunities (e.g., process improvement, operating model alternatives) based on overall strategic alignment, business/cost opportunity, and risk assessment. Define ways to monitor project benefits.
Contribute to the design and implementation of a disciplined approach to execution and monitoring of initiatives through standardized templates and processes.
Focus on regular process monitoring to identify improvement opportunities and new initiatives.
Follow up on the transformation governance with a transparent decision-making process involving the right people. From organizational change, through business process management, and from data management, competitive intelligence, and other aspects of transformation.
Define and execute an internal and external communication plan aligned with the overall Finance strategy.

About the ideal candidate:

Relevant experience in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting firms, strategy departments, or corporate transformation offices.
Understanding of the Finance area is a plus.
Skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in English (both verbal and written); Spanish, French an advantage.
Ability to communicate information effectively to various stakeholders.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations.
