About The Role
Responsible for the calculation of customer's contract settlements and services in a timely manner
Generate and maintain invoices in internal portal and also generate any related government invoices
Record transactions, ensuring they are correct and accurate.
Partner Onboarding based on new contracts and contracts adjustments
Continuous contact with different departments inside Fever to coordinate and execute the contract terms.
Tax calculation and validation;
Ad-hoc Sales reports; Invoices reconciliation upon customer request
Daily support to the commercial team regarding billing processes, invoice status, etc.
Support in accounting entries and any other internal workflows related to Invoicing.
About You
Experience: 2 years
English level: minimum C1. Spanish, German or Portuguese are desirable.
Education: University or Master degree. Finance and Billing background
Skills: MySQL, Basic Accounting Principles (GAAP), Advanced Google Sheets. ERP experience is desirable.
