Rzilient is looking for its future business analyst finance & sales. Rzilient is a young company that disrupts the market of IT management for companies. ? We are the green iT manager as a service .
Our project is engaged: we want to change behaviors in companies, by significantly reducing their digital carbon footprint. It is also highly technological, in the sense that we bring an integrated platform to our service. We help companies to equip themselves with refurbished iT and to manage their fleet in a rational way.
We are located in Barcelona and would love to welcome you. With everything going on we are also open to part-time remote working.The Rzilient club team is composed of 15 people including the founders Alexis (CMO-CSO), Quentin (CEO/COO) and Edouard (CTO). You will report directly to Quentin and Alexis.
The project consists of supporting the sales and finance management teams with figures : designing and updating performance management tools, running reports, improving and monitoring the company's financial indicators.
Design and update the sales performance management tools (Excel, notion) : You will ensure the updating & optimization of the sales performance management tools. You will also integrate the needs in terms of piloting to guarantee the effectiveness of the tools designed.
Animate : You will be in charge of organizing regular monitoring points (preparation and updating of supports, follow-up of actions) and will report the main alerts and arbitration needs.
Improve and monitor the company's financial indicators : In conjunction with the CFO, you will build monthly reporting tools and update them regularly. The objective is to ensure the reliability of the information provided internally and externally. Monitoring the evolution of the turnover, but also of the operational costs will be key.

Of course we still ask that you speak French and English (Spanish is a plus), that you master computer tools and ideally that you have already had a successful professional experience.
