.Where will you work?You will join a Multicultural Company where you will get to play out your skills.What will you do?This role reports to the Europe Finance DevOps Director, inside Europe - Enterprise IT organization.Main Responsibilities:You will deliver the Financial strategy at the European level.You will manage the full life cycle of IT subjects from pre-study to the run.You will have end-to-end responsibility for Application Management for the Financial perimeter.You will develop the best team, mainly composed of ERP experts and application owners.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of demands and support their delivery.Deliver the European financial digital roadmap by leveraging the strategy.Manage the backlog and priorities in relation to Finance and BRM needs.Qualify demands, approve proposed solutions, and quotations from delivery teams.Promote alignment and standardization across Europe.Support delivery by promoting agile methodologies to ensure business validation.Manage pre-studies and propose appropriate solutions aligned with the Financial standards and strategy.Manage project evaluation: effort/cost/schedule/resources plan.Propose deployment methodology, promoting agile methodology and innovation to speed up delivery.Support projects during execution for risk mitigation when escalation is needed.Ensure project delivery.Support run activities with additional expertise when needed in case of escalation.Analyze incidents RCA and propose appropriate actions if needed to improve the robustness of the applications.Ensure level 2 support for your functional perimeter in incidents management, key user support, and change requests.End-to-End Application Management Ownership:Secure and master application management and ownership, including technical debt reduction.Assure data quality, knowledge of costs, and L2 support.Maintain key documentation in our app repository: high-level architecture diagram, links to documentation in a central place, clear contact escalation matrix, and constant control for the inflow of new applications.CyberSecurity:- Act on demand without delay if any cyber action/assessment is to be done.Team Management:Manage team engagement, performance, competency, and development.Manage resources capacity, allocation, forecast, and requests. If necessary, manage extra capacity with the main European vendors.Lead an improvement action plan to gain efficiency and strategic alignment.Animate the team community.Stakeholder Management:Promote the European FI DevOps organization and awareness of services provided across the region and global teams.Manage relations with your financial functions, VP, and key strategic stakeholders.Who are we looking for?Requirements:Education:You have an academic degree in computer science or IT specialization from a business school or university.
