As a Project Manager in the Finance team you will be in charge of:Manage some of the New MO-BO Project Workstreams: Manage and monitor the workstream calendar and execution. Scope, risk, communication and stakeholder management.Act as a focal point and interface between Finance and IT, Product or other business or functional areas, to understand, define and document the Finance requirements for the different business projects.Understand internal user requirements, coordinate and steer its execution within the MO-BO ProjectTrace and report project progress to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis, highlighting issues or delays, risks and mitigation actions.Facilitate the participation of the Finance Key users, when appropriate, in the business acceptance testing for new deliverables and/or business new internal projects to be released, identifying and prioritizing bugs, in order to ensure that the business requirements have been met.Take ownership on the MO-BO future AMS Service, acting as an eDo Service Manager.Be fully aware of standardized tools and template requirements and be a ¨go to ¨ person for feedback on the development of project/program management standardsManage several projects in parallel, reporting and escalating risks, impact and mitigation actions affecting any Finance process.What you need to succeed:Job RequirementsBring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions.
