You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be responsible for reporting, analyzing, and optimizing the cash situation of your site.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management).
You'll specifically take care of providing technical expertise/guidance and support while also ensuring the liquidity of the site's business activities. We'll look to you for:
Providing follow-up on the global cash cycle through the Projects and site balance sheet and analyzing the working capital improvement levers.Ensuring continuous improvement and action plans are in place on projects to generate operating cash flows.Promoting cash culture in the projects.Supporting Project Managers on cash flow issues.Ensuring customer invoicing is done as soon as possible and playing an active role in getting payment from customers on time.Supporting actions to reduce overdue levels.Managing project bonds and hedging to limit exposure.Providing all Projects cash reporting to Unit accounting for month-end, forecast, and budget processes as requested.Reporting accurately and on time.All about you: Academic background in Finance or Business Administration at Master level.English (C1), additional language is a plus.3 to 5 years minimum of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Cash management.Experience in the industrial sector is preferable.We value passion and attitude over experience.
