Together, we're transforming access to affordable, high-quality healthcare for millions of Filipinos, one SME at a time.ResponsibilitiesRecommend and implement technological solutions to optimize workflows, using operational and technical insights, while actively managing daily processing.Drive improvements in healthcare claims operations, focusing on automation and efficiency.Collaborate cross-functionally with healthcare, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and procedures.Oversee claims processing, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and accurate.Develop and enhance reporting tools to ensure data accuracy for hospital bills, procedures, and professional fees.Manage claims reimbursement processes for services like maternity, dental, and lab fees, ensuring timely payments.Generate comprehensive reports for internal review.QualificationsWillingness to work onsite in Ortigas.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Preferably Management Engineering, Business Administration, or Accountancy.Experience in financial operations, systems integration, or claims management.Ability to understand and navigate healthcare claims processes.Strong analytical mindset, with a record of enhancing business processes.Experience in process automation and system integration, with the ability to work independently.Curiosity, results-driven approach, and growth mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Collaborative team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Passion for innovation in healthcare.Benefits & PerksHealth benefits and sick leave.Company laptop.13th-month pay.Career development and mentorship.Access to global tech and advisory support from institutions like Harvard and Stanford.
