Prepare monthly accounting packs for Germany, Italy, Spain, and the US in collaboration with external advisors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and accuracy in financial reporting.
Oversee the invoicing process, manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
Manage the company's treasury functions.
Contribute to the preparation and analysis of cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
Maintain and update financial data in tools such as Moss, Datev, etc., ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Assist in the preparation of year-end closing activities and tax reporting, ensuring compliance with international taxation rules and accounting standards.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.
Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a fast-growing and dynamic business environment.
Proficient understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS, HGB, or equivalents).
Familiarity with taxation rules across Italy, Spain, Germany, and the US.
Excellent MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide solutions proactively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial activities.
Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish, Italian and/or German language skills being a plus.
