Role Title: Finance operations SpecialistReports to: CFOScope of Responsibility: SpainLocation: Asturias, Spain Role Purpose The Finance operations Specialist will be responsible for the execution of financial processes and activities to support our team, guarantee the efficiency of our financial operations and ensure compliance with country and industry-specific financial regulations and standards.Key Accountabilities § General Accounting: Duties include all aspects of the accounting function, such as, control of accounts and records, recording of transactions, analysis of financial data, preparation budgets, forecasts, financial statements and accounting schedules/reports, and auditing responsibilities.§ Financial Planning & Analysis: financial analysis and reporting for tracking business performance and financial planning.§ Accounts Payable/ Receivable: tracking, processing, and payment of invoices for services or goods purchased from vendors; securing of payment of invoices for goods or services that the company has provided to its customers.§ Tax: preparation and filing of taxes (Vat, Corporate tax, ...) ensuring company's tax and legal compliance.§ Treasury: manage and monitoring the company's cash flow optimizing liquidity management, payments, bank reconciliation and transfers.
§ Internal control: implementing and monitoring internal financial controls.
Role Requirements§ Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics.§ 4-5 years of financial experience in similar roles in multicultural environments and industrial manufacturing.§ Fluent written and oral English communication.§ Experience with financial management tools and ERP Systems.§ Strong analytical skills.§ Excellent communication skills.
§ Team player with the ability to lead and work on effectively across functional groups.
