Responsibilities: Support to the Finance function:Accounting and financial management:Maintaining operational trackers of time and expenses to support reconciliation of invoicing.Processing and reporting of month-end finances including payments to employees and associates and supporting summary financial reporting to the Directors.Accounts processing: inputting of financial data; invoicing of clients; maintaining the categorisation log.Support to People Operations function:Co-ordinating the Onboarding and Induction of new starters providing assistance where required.Looking after the office and its maintenance.Liaising with providers and orders of all types.Salary: 1,100.00€ - 1,300.00€ per month
