Finance Officer, Barcelona : Our Department of Finance and Business Administration is looking for an experienced and efficient Finance Officer. In broad terms, your work will consist in assisting the Department in the day-to-day management of the Company's finances. You will be part of an international team involved in the various matters of financial administration and reporting tasks. Location : Partially based in the Aimsun office in Barcelona, combined with remote working and the option of flexible hours. Reporting : This position reports directly to the CFO of the Aimsun Group. Role : General bookkeeping tasks in Xero and/or Sage platform Record accounts payable and accounts receivable Update internal systems with financial data Sales reporting based on Salesforce data Prepare financial reports Reconcile bank statements Reconcile bank deposits with outgoing invoices Reconcile expenses claims and credit cards Control purchase requests Process incoming invoices Payments to suppliers and employees Provide administrative and financial support as needed Essential Attributes : Native or bilingual in English, Spanish or Catalan Strong aptitude for continual improvement, focusing on learning new skills Service orientation, flexibility, a positive attitude, and team spirit Superlative time management, self-sufficiency, organization skills and highly developed attention to detail Ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines Minimum Requirements : A degree in Business Administration or related discipline European citizenship or Spanish work permit Over two years of experience in a Finance position Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting platforms Highly Desirable Skills & Experience : Additional languages, if spoken and written natively or fluently Experience in creating and administering dashboards with Power BI and/or similar platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
