Finance Officer, Barcelona : Our Department of Finance and Business Administration is looking for an experienced and efficient Finance Officer. In broad terms, your work will consist in assisting the Department in the day-to-day management of the Company's finances. You will be part of an international team involved in the various matters of financial administration and reporting tasks.Location : Partially based in the Aimsun office in Barcelona, combined with remote working and the option of flexible hours.Reporting : This position reports directly to the CFO of the Aimsun Group.Role :General bookkeeping tasks in Xero and/or Sage platformRecord accounts payable and accounts receivableUpdate internal systems with financial dataSales reporting based on Salesforce dataPrepare financial reportsReconcile bank statementsReconcile bank deposits with outgoing invoicesReconcile expenses claims and credit cardsControl purchase requestsProcess incoming invoicesPayments to suppliers and employeesProvide administrative and financial support as neededEssential Attributes :Native or bilingual in English, Spanish or CatalanStrong aptitude for continual improvement, focusing on learning new skillsService orientation, flexibility, a positive attitude, and team spiritSuperlative time management, self-sufficiency, organization skills and highly developed attention to detailAbility to thrive under pressure and tight deadlinesMinimum Requirements :A degree in Business Administration or related disciplineEuropean citizenship or Spanish work permitOver two years of experience in a Finance positionKnowledge of Xero or similar accounting platformsHighly Desirable Skills & Experience :Additional languages, if spoken and written natively or fluentlyExperience in creating and administering dashboards with Power BI and/or similar platforms#J-18808-Ljbffr
