Finance Officer (English - (Qt960)

The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:


Support Invoicing process (generation and distribution) and collaborate to invoicing issue reductionAccounts Payable: preparation of payments to suppliers to ensure segregation of duties (vendors, consultants, Marketing events)Management of Intercompany invoices: goods (implants and instruments) and services (Intellinvoice)JD Edwards Address Book Management: creation of customers, vendors, agents and allocation of customers to agentsRebate Agreement Management: monthly accrual (CB Documents in contact with CDG) and settlementsTravel Expense Management: distributions of travel expense forms, collection of complete forms, accounting and preparation of paymentsCoordinate Office Management and Health and Safety measures liaising with H&S consultantsManagement of Company Car fleetHandling of Agent Commissions: distribution of monthly sales, invoice receipt, verification and payment preparationStatistics completion and submission for the National Statistics Institute (INE)Support Audit worksSupport Finance Manager in any activities needed
