The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:Support Invoicing process (generation and distribution) and collaborate to invoicing issue reductionAccounts Payable: preparation of payments to suppliers to ensure segregation of duties (vendors, consultants, Marketing events)Management of Intercompany invoices: goods (implants and instruments) and services (Intellinvoice)JD Edwards Address Book Management: creation of customers, vendors, agents and allocation of customers to agentsRebate Agreement Management: monthly accrual (CB Documents in contact with CDG) and settlementsTravel Expense Management: distributions of travel expense forms, collection of complete forms, accounting and preparation of paymentsCoordinate Office Management and Health and Safety measures liaising with H&S consultantsManagement of Company Car fleetHandling of Agent Commissions: distribution of monthly sales, invoice receipt, verification and payment preparationStatistics completion and submission for the National Statistics Institute (INE)Support Audit worksSupport Finance Manager in any activities neededThe chosen candidate should have the following requirements:Studies related to Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similarPrevious experience in a Finance Department in Multinational organizationsIntermediate user of EnglishAdvanced user of MS Office tools; JD Edwards is a plusProactive and problem-solving attitudeAbility to prioritize activitiesExcellent Time-Management and Communication skillsA company focused on the distribution of medical devices in the Spanish market.We offer:Permanent contractSchedule: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm (Monday - Thursday) & 8.00 am - 3.00 pm (Friday)Homeoffice: 2 days/week, after the first monthsSocial benefits: meal tickets & health insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
