Finance Officer

Job Responsibilities:Oversees and manages finance department, including monitoring and reviewing financial statements and reports, checking journal vouchers, cash disbursement vouchers, debit/credit memos, and other accounting documents.Ensures compliance with tax reporting and payments.Handles finance-related issues, including monitoring and reconciling accounts receivables/payables with operations and submitting financial reports as required.Monitors and manages bank loans and borrowed funds from affiliates.Maintains accountability for the company's cash management, including monitoring daily cash position, timely funding of bank accounts, maximizing fund utilization, and projections.Directs and organizes all accounting activities and finance personnel.Prepares accurate and timely accounting and financial reports.Job Specifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Accountancy or equivalent.Knowledgeable in general accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, taxation, accounting principles, systems, and procedures.At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Proficiency in accounting software(s) and MS Excel.Open position in Rosario, La Union.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Additional leaveCompany Christmas giftCompany eventsEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insuranceOpportunities for promotionPaid trainingPromotion to permanent employeeSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryPerformance bonusYearly bonusEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Financial Reporting: 1 year (Preferred)Accounting/Finance: 4 years (Preferred)
