The person needs to be willing to work in a startup environment where at the beginning they will have to roll up their sleeves and do the heavy lifting without any personnel working under them to build our finance department, systems, processes, and reports from scratch.Experiencia: Experience of at least 5 years as a Finance Manager or Financial Controller, with a consolidated background. Experience in an energy company is a plus but not required. Experience in both small and large companies is highly valued. Ensure that all company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.Formación: A strong university education from the top 5 universities in Spain is a must. Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics.
