Your responsibilities and impact as a Finance Manager will be: Define and supervise the plant's industrial management control policies, leading the workshop's finance team.
Analyze the performance of the workshop, coordinating the definition of objectives and their follow-up.
Coordinate the workshop's budget process with all departments and carry out budget control, analyzing the deviations produced and proposing corrective actions.
Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual final closings of the workshop.
Participate in the analysis of the income statement and monthly and annual margin.
Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role: You are fluent in Spanish and English; French will be a big plus (willingness to learn the language).
You have 7 years of experience as an industrial controller.
You have experience in team management.
You have experience with workshops/ateliers.
You have been working in an international/multinational company.
You have strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI and Office.
You are proactive and innovative.
You have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
