OKTO is looking for a dynamic, hands-on candidate for the position of the Finance Manager responsible for OKTO's LATAM Financial Management and Operations.
Reporting to the Finance Director and New Business and Partnerships Director, the Finance Manager responsibilities will include the following: Collaborate closely with OKTO's HQ and actively maintain constant communication on all matters, to assure internal alignment.
Set up, own and lead the Financial and operational processes of the regions of responsibility.
Identify and establish the ideal Tax schema for each country of operations.
Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to develop the finance operating model and financial systems strategy and roadmap.
Coordinate with local Law firms on tax matters and manage local Accounting Firms.
Support Treasury in local bank accounts Management and administration and maintain liquidity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare financial reports and drive the preparation of LATAM budgets and forecasts.
Execute financial planning that supports the strategic direction of the Company.
Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.
Work closely with the local accounting teams in every country to ensure accurate Statutory and financial reporting.
Involved in various Finance projects such as structuring the company's procurement, System selection, implementation and reporting change, structuring Finance procedures.
Perform market research, data mining, and business intelligence where needed.
Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, company internal processes, tax legal and statutory requirements while getting actively involved in audit process.

Requirements University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance.
Post Graduate studies in Finance, Accounting or a Professional Qualification in Finance or Accounting is desirable (ex.
ACCA, ACA).
Excellent command of English language, native in Spanish.
Knowledge of IFRS standard and management accounting principles.
7+ years of overall finance experience.
Working experience in Fintech, Financial Services, IT industry will be an asset.
User experience with ERP and Accounting Software.
Understanding of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business planning is required.
Good business acumen.
PC literacy.
Full familiarity with office applications.
Excellence in financial and business modeling with applications such as excel.
Numerical skills and analytical ability.
Excellent communication ability that can be applied in a multicultural environment.
Availability to travel frequently.
