At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.As an R&D Finance Manager at Johnson & Johnson Vision, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and providing strategic guidance for our Research and Development department. This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class organization and make a significant impact on the future success of our company.Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting and financial forecasting for the Vision R&D department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.Build executive level financial presentations and present results to both finance and non-finance partners.Lead budget prioritization conversations with business partners, ensuring that department spend is in line with R&D strategy and business unit financial expectations.Develop financial tools and processes to simplify and improve accuracy of financial models.Coordinate the implementation of these tools across both the Vision Care and Surgical Vision business units.Partner with Innovation team to support new product business case development as well as long term financial plan and strategy.Manage team of three analysts including day to day responsibilities, development conversations, and the creation of team goals.Maintain a culture of financial compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (CMA, CPA) is an asset.Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. Experience within R&D is preferred
