With a stunning and meticulous restoration that celebrates César Ritz's pioneering spirit, a prestigious central location, five restaurants and bars overseen by one of Spain's most celebrated chefs, and exceptional leisure and wellness facilities, Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is set to become the city's most luxurious hotel.Responsibilities Performs all daily, weekly, monthly, and other periodic accounting and financial reporting in an accurate and timely manner, analyzing and investigating variances, summarizing data, information, and trends.Performs analytical reviews of Financial Statements and explains any variances from Budget and Forecast.Coordinates and performs month-end closing.Prepares and maintains the accounting records of all MOHG entities associated with Hotel Ritz Madrid.Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data for all financial reporting entities.Develops financial statements as and when required.Assists the Assistant Financial Controller in the budgeting & forecasting processes.Monitors Expense Management approach for any operational activities in all departments to ensure optimal efficiency and best performance.Monitors departmental internal controls and creates and implements Operating procedures as necessary.Coordinates the submission of periodic MOHG reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).Coordinates all CSAQ and ISAQ submissions and carries out respective follow-up.Provides adequate training, appraisals, and coaching to team members of his/her area of responsibility in line with MOHG Standards.Benefits Uniform and laundry.Free nights in properties of the company.Canteen inside the hotel.Interest trainings (English classes).Requisitos: MandatoryBachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance.Demonstrates knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) emphasizing an overall extensive understanding of the applicable business and accounting issues, and technical accounting and financial reporting standards.Solid knowledge of bookkeeping competencies.Strong Level of Proficiency in Excel; ability to assemble, analyze, understand integrated spreadsheets and complex technical information.Proficient in written and spoken English.Experience in Financial Accountant, Audit Services or similar role
