The European Emerging Marketing Finance team has an opening for an experienced, highly analytical individual to join our team as a Finance Analyst.
We're looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking person to join our Europe-wide team. In this key role, you will be the finance partner and trusted advisor to a key strategic area of the business - EU Emerging, ensuring that the drivers of performance are well understood, providing your business partners with actionable insights, performing forecasts, and building strategic plans. Just like a CFO of a business, you will act as a go-to person for all finance-related questions for your business area. Your role will involve close collaboration with various EU and US-based marketing, business, and finance teams.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesAct as a business partner to your designated marketing area by collaborating with the business on analysis and insight generation to support decision-making.Own and evolve the investment framework for your business area; assess business cases and support business development within your channel.Lead regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and deep dive into performance drivers where necessary.Build accurate forecasts, lead business and strategic plans for your area.Regularly interact with Directors and senior leadership to explain the performance of your channel and to suggest areas of improvement.Develop ad-hoc business analysis and strategies, and present recommendations to senior management.
