Studco Building Systems has partnered with a local family Investment office to grow their internal team!This role is responsible for the day-to-day finance and accounting functions for various investment entities for the Family Office, providing administrative and strategic finance support as needed. This position serves a critical role in the monthly, quarterly and year end financial statement closing process for all entities involved. The successful candidate is organized, demonstrates a high-level attention to detail and displays strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with members of the investment businesses to drive financial accountability and reporting for the growth of enterprise value.Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare, review and present monthly financial results to management to aid in strategic decision making.Analyze & reconcile general ledger accounts and make necessary adjustments.Review and verify Balance Sheet and P&L Accounts monthly for accuracy.Enter all required journal entries and process monthly close.Generate Finance reports and Activity based metrics as requested by the owners for the different investments.Coordinate year-end audit and/or reviews with outside accounting firm.Responsible for producing monthly scorecard reporting on all the member businesses to support management in driving enterprise value.Work with Mergers and Acquisition consultants for entering and exiting investments.Support consultants with data and reports for building new investment strategies and cash management of the group.In time, continue to build the Finance team.Prepare and submit monthly & quarterly sales tax returns.Manage and coordinate Accounts Payable process, including invoice entry and verifying payments.Responsible for all AR activities including deposits, invoicing, and customer communications.Call customers to follow up on payments.Prepare and distribute 1099 forms annually.Enter customer data into ERP system to keep accounts up to date and accurate.Ensure proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records.Support the review of yearly insurance for all businesses.Skills:Dependable team player with a good attitude & detail oriented.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Manage time in an effective manner.Confidentiality is paramount.Preferred Knowledge:Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.Associates or BA in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting preferred.2-4 years experience preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: From Php85,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid training.Work from home.Schedule:8 hour shift.Night shift.Experience:SAP Finance & Controlling: 2 years (Required).#J-18808-Ljbffr
