The role also involves managing and controlling the financial, supply chain, and inventory aspects of the company to safeguard financial health and promote strategic growth.Reports to: General ManagerSupervises a total of 3 team membersKey Responsibilities:Generate management reports aligned with GA standards.Oversee the financial liquidity of the company.Supervise the preparation and execution of the annual budget, collaborating with key stakeholders (Controlling, Business, HR) to develop realistic sales and expense plans.Verify financial data and oversee financial reporting, accounting systems, procedures, and tax compliance.Monitor and optimize processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.Prepare financial condition reports and deliver presentations for Management Board meetings.Develop and implement cost policies to maximize margins.Participate in strategic finance-related projects.Lead and manage the subordinate team to ensure optimal performance.Report to the CFO GA and collaborate with the GA project team.Foster relationships with product suppliers and external entities, such as banks and auditors.Manage demand planning and purchasing processes, coordinating efforts between the local team and HQ.The role will involve close interaction with various departments within the organization, general Manager included, as well as with external stakeholders such as suppliers, banks, and auditing firms, among othersRequirements:Master's Degree in Finance or a related field2–5 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in English and SpanishPrevious experience in pharmaceutical companies is required, preferably in the generic products sector.Core Competencies:Strong interpersonal skills for building productive relationships with colleagues and employees across the organizationCost-conscious mindset and ability to manage financial resources effectivelyLogical thinking, analytical skills, and strong reasoning capabilitiesDecision-making aptitude based on current and accurate data
